A90-generation Supra arrived wearing considerable controversy upon its return, given the BMW-sourced B58 engine and co-developed platform, yet the driving experience it delivers has since quieted most of that debate. That 3.0-litre turbocharged inline-six produces 340 HP and 500 Nm of torque, channelled exclusively through the rear wheels via an eight-speed automatic, and the 4.3-second sprint to 100 km/h is a figure that feels entirely believable from behind the wheel. Visual presence has been amplified beyond the already purposeful factory bodywork with a Silk Blaze front aero kit alongside MAX Orido side skirts and rear diffuser, giving this example a considerably more aggressive stance than a standard car. Mechanically, it carries the Active Rear Sport Differential, Launch Control, and Adaptive Variable Suspension, which together make a meaningful difference to how the car behaves on a demanding road. Inside, the specification is equally well-considered, with an Alcantara-trimmed steering wheel and headliner, carbon fibre inlays, a JBL surround sound system, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a heads-up display, and a wireless charging pad all present. Taken as a whole, this is a thoroughly equipped and visually distinctive Supra that makes a strong case for itself on both road manners and specification depth.
